How do chat lines work?
Chat lines let adults call a shared service, hear voice greetings, and request a conversation; SoulLinkUp’s number is (346) 301-9494. Women call free every time. Men get 30 free trial minutes.
You use the keys on your phone to choose what happens next. Follow the spoken prompts as you move through the service.
On Your First Call...

A nickname and something you'd like to talk about is enough.

Listen for an easy opening. Skip forward, go back, or repeat.
Choose how to reply
Send a message, or ask for a live conversation.
Talk
The other caller decides whether to answer, just as you do.

The keys describe choices within the service. Listen for the prompt before selecting an option, especially when you have moved into a different menu.
Make your message easy to answer
Refer to one thing from the greeting. If someone mentions cooking, ask what they enjoy making. Keep the first message short: the point is to open a conversation; give the other caller room to add something of their own.
Safety and trust
Other callers never see your phone number.
Keep your recorded greeting free of personal contact information so you do not share it yourself.
